How billing works.
One all-in rate
Your per-minute rate includes the language model, speech recognition and synthesis, and the call itself. Your full rate card is visible in the dashboard.
Fair metering
Calls are metered in small increments — a 30-second call doesn’t cost a minute.
A hard stop, not a hard lesson
Calls draw down prepaid credit and stop when it runs out — you can never owe us money. Top up £25, £50, £100 or £250, or switch on auto top-up.
Real UK numbers included
Buy numbers inside the dashboard and release them whenever you like — 1 on Starter, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Scale.

What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is charged until day 30. Then Pro continues at £49/month unless you cancel during the trial — cancelling costs nothing.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Calls stop. Your dashboard and agents stay exactly as they were — top up and you’re live again.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Paid plans run to the end of the period you’ve paid for; there is no minimum term. The platform behind polite.ai is open source, so you’re never locked in.
Are the prices shown with VAT?
Prices exclude VAT (20%). Checkout shows the net, VAT and total figures before you pay anything.
