The right-hand pane of the call drawer comes in two depths — two views of the same underlying record.
Standard: the moves
Standard shows the Data feed: one row per thing the agent did — tools called, services reached, hand-offs made — each with a one-line result and a status dot. It answers the everyday question: did the booking actually happen?
Expert: everything, raw
Expert swaps the Data feed for the full Debug log: every entry the call produced, each with its time, a subsystem tag and a message. Clicking an entry opens the complete payload. This is the view for chasing something genuinely odd; for most problems, Troubleshoot with AI reads these same logs automatically and is a faster first stop.
Set the default — or switch one call
The default lives in Settings → Preferences → Call inspection, and is a personal preference. Inside any open call, a link at the bottom of the pane switches just that call — View full debug for this call → or View standard summary for this call → — with an amber strip noting the override. Opening a different call snaps back to the saved default.
Where costs live
Neither view prices the call. Spend lives in Usage and on Billing.
