The Overview is where the dashboard lands. Everything on it covers the last 30 days, and the New agent button in the header jumps straight to the Agents screen.
The numbers at the top
Four stat tiles, each with a small sparkline:
- Account balance — prepaid credit in pounds (Credit & top-ups).
- Calls · 30 days — how many calls the agents handled; a "+" suffix means there were more than this page counted.
- Active agents — how many agents are running, across how many teams.
- Spend · MTD — what this month has cost so far.
Where a priced figure isn't available yet, spend on this page is estimated from call duration — a guide, not an invoice. The authoritative numbers live in Usage and on Billing.
Call volume and recent activity
The Call volume chart plots calls per day across the last 30 days. Recent activity lists the latest calls as events — Completed call, Transferred, Missed call — each with who called, which agent answered, and a status badge.
Recent calls
The bottom of the page shows the latest calls with time, agent, caller, duration, an estimated cost and status. Any row — or View all → — opens the full call log.
Standard and Focused layouts
A segmented toggle in the page header switches layouts: Standard — the tiles, chart, activity feed and recent-calls table — and Focused — a dark spend hero for when money is the question, with this month's spend front and centre. The Overview opens in Standard on the next visit.
After time away
After a month or more away, a Welcome back card lists up to three things that changed in the interim, tagged NEW or IMPROVED. Show me what's new walks through them on the screens where they live. It shows once per return.
